I am responsible for Consumer Affairs, the Parliamentary Affairs Division (PAD), Your Service Your Say (YSYS), I also manage all of Dublin South’s Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Grant Aid Agreements (GAA) for Section 38 & 39 Agencies, including funding on the Service Provider Governance portal (SPG), and I work closely with the Contract Management Support Unit (CMSU) to achieve this. I am also responsible for all Integrated Management Report meetings (IMR) and meet with all teams as per the funding schedule throughout the year. I also work with those managers responsible for Paediatric Home Care Packages, and will enter the annual funding for same on SPG. I have access to and approved on the Gateway HR portal, and uploading and management of National Incident Report Forms (NIRF) onto the National Incident Management System (NIMS) portal. I am the Garda Vetting Liaison Officer with responsibility for checking and handling vetting applications for approximately 600 staff before submission to HR. I also support out H&S department by coordinating Level 1 & Level 2 Audits, Quality Improvement Process (QIP), and I have worked on various Site Specific Safety Statements (SSSS) and Risk Assessments for same.
