With over two decades of experience in safety and mining exploration, I have worked in various challenging and diverse environments across Australia and South East Asia. As a Field Operations Superintendent I planned, implemented, and oversaw the day-to-day operation of near mine and remote exploration field activities, communicating and liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and the public. I also managed the mine site, camp, field services, assets, and acted as the alternative statutory responsible 'Exploration Manager' (Site Senior Executive) as required.My mission is to lead, manage, and motivate others on safety while delivering high-quality work and results. I am always eager to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
