I am a Learning and Development Specialist with nearly a decade's experience in the financial sector with Permanent tsb. In my current role my responsibilities include the onboarding and training of all new hires within the bank's contact centre, the upskilling and continuous development of existing staff and ensuring that the department's procedures are kept fully up to date and compliant.Prior to this role I was a people manager within the contact centre, managing a team of 14+ customer service agents, and currently have one direct report on my coaching team. I am a firm believer in consistent personal development, and take great pleasure in helping others to achieve their goals and progress their career within PTSB.
