At present I find myself wearing several different hats on anyone given day from Preparing commercial landscaping designs to cash flow controls, accounts, marketing, HR, Estimating, QA, Tendering/Quoting, Safety controls, programming, percurement, material controls, staff management, client relations, even on the tools from time to time. Etc. Etc.

Delivering a quality project, safely, on time and within budget.Our contract for this project is the Formwork and Concrete package which consists of all concrete works onsite including items such as building pad&strip footings rag bolt install for structural steel, building slabs, external hardstands, pathways, suspended decks etc.Some of my tasks for this project include client relations, programming of works (long term and day to day), onsite coordination with other trades, QA, staff management, drawing interpretation, variation pricing, site set out etc.
