Contract Manager Role – Project Manager Aug 2015 – Jan2016Reporting to the MD for Managing the expansion of West Cumberland Engineering Ltd, included; producing the P6 programme, producing the 3D model of the proposal for planning application. Role - Proposals and Business Improvements Manager Nov2013- Aug2015Responsible for Proposals, Estimating, Planning and Improvements, as well as delivering some minor projects.Role – Senior Contract/Project Manager 2007-2013Reporting to the Operations Director, responsible for Delivery of Projects. Operating out of Shepley’s Head office, my prime function was to deliver projects of a nuclear nature on the Sellafield Site. Also providing design and commissioning support through reciprocated enabling agreements.From 2004 to 2006 I was seconded into Sellafield as Deputy to the Head of Business Planning leading the delivery of Sellafields Near Term Work Plan 2005, this would become the first contract to be won for Sellafield to the newly formed NDA, a £1.3billion/yr contract.I remained until 2006 leading the delivery of the directors LTP summary documents for the public domain.

Responsible to the Managing Director, for the Design Office. Implementing the CAD system ; AutoCAD  Vr12. undertaking hands on AutoCad design, being supplemented with agency designers. It would be my responsibility to also sell the design facility. I was responsible for rewriting our IMS procedures for the business to elevate our accreditation to Part 1 of BS 5750 (similar to ISO9001), to cover design, the fabrication shops, the site office at British Nuclear Fuels Ltd (BNFL), and our maintenance departments who had contracts with local firms.

Responsible for concept and detail design.Involved in specifying and procuring our first CAD system and its implementation.
