Committed to Recovery practice in mental health and privileged to work with our service users Carers and community partners. I set up and led Recovery College ; and AE psychiatric liaison services in the past. I managed CMHT : Clinical Nurse Manager Adult acute inpatient services : several years experience as Specialist Rehabilitation CPN , CPN and”apprenticeship” served as an adult inpatient nurse! I also worked regular bank in crisis , AE liaison and occ street triage - previous Storm suicide prevention trainer - delivered a range of mental health training courses to community partners - trained in MHFA mindfulness and Asist. Other Significant training included Post grad Diploma in Recovery practice ;Post Grad diploma in managing health and social care - Took my Mental Health Officer early retirement in2017 . Spent a year working in the private sector as a Nurse assessor for an innovative healthcare company -now back in the NHS - still proud to be a mental health nurse serving our community after 30 years and still going strong -living the dream !
