American University Of Afghanistan, Kabul

Responsible for the security of The American University of Afghanistan in Kabul, comprising of two main campuses and 8 guest houses in different locations in Kabul. Managing and training an armed guard force (APPF) of 80 LN personnel and an unarmed guard force of 60 LN personnel. (5 weeks rotation)

Supreme Fuels Terminal 2 Kabul

Responsible for all aspects of security on the Terminal 2 site, north of Kabul city. Overseeing the operation and training of a local national guard force of 16, and an Armed guard force of 8 TCN. Responsible for the personal protection of the Supreme Fuels ex-pat Site Manager. (5 weeks rotation)

Counterpart International, Kabul

Risk Manager for Counterpart International, a USAID project (Initiative to Promote Afghan Civil Society) Managed the security on two sites, the Office compound and the Staff House compound in Kabul. Overseeing an operations room and organizing the transport, security and movement throughout Afghanistan of the Counterpart operatives.

Camp Watan, Kabul

Managed a guard force of 33 Local Nationals (department 10 NDS) at the Presidential Protection Service Academy, Kabul Afghanistan. Duties include security assessments, protection of US State department staff in camp Watan, guard force training and range supervision, and PSD (armed mobile escorts) for US nationals.

Controlled movement by road and sea of 28 vehicles including route planning, booking of ferries and fuel management in an operational environment (Northern Ireland).
