Through his role as Project Manager & Consulting Metallurgist with Inmett Projects, he has worked on major contracts across several continents, providing consultancy services on project acquisition, project management and metallurgy, across commodities including gold, zinc, nickel, copper, mineral sands, scandium, uranium and more. He has worked with leading mining companies including Alacer, Turquoise Hill, Azumah Resources, Resolute Mining, GME Resources, CleanTeq, Black Range Minerals and Anaconda Nickel.Inmett Projects can assist companies throughout the development life cycle of projects from conceptual design through to execution. This is achieved by providing assistance on an as needs basis from as little as a few hours per week to full time engagement, if required. Inmett Projects specialises in project development for mining projects that have a focus on new or novel process routes and/or have a high degree of geology/mine/process dependency. In addition, projects that require inovative infrastructure to support development.Specific Project assistance in the following areas:• Project Management of multi-discipline project teams both in-house and sub-contractor to undertake project technical studies and implementation. Including all permitting, community and government aspects of a project;• Project development strategies and strategic planning;• Building an Owners Team for mining projects;• Budget and schedule development and financial reporting for projects;• Developing tender documents and managing formal tendering processes for the engagement of third party consultants and engineers;• Contract management;• Implementing project specific document management systems; and• Manage commissioning of green-field and brown-field developments.Technical Assistance:• Provide technical audits/critique on developing projects;• Provide due diligence and ongoing support for project lenders and joint ventures;• Provide corporate/board level assistance for mining projects and potential/new acquisitions; and• Metallurgical consultancy from managing testwork programs to review and recommendations and operating plant audits.Operational Assistance:• Provide problem solving facilitation to all aspects of an existing mining operation, including the necessary follow-up programs;• Provide management support / mentoring for operating sites; and• Provide specific trouble-shooting technical and hands-on support.
