Involved in the full lifecycle of construction projects from inception to completion. Define scope of work, identify building owners’ vision, and align it with architects’ capabilities. Establish project scheduling, and addressed all project change orders. Compile work and supply invoices for payment. Lead weekly construction meetings. Monitored the project progress and quality delivery. Conducted the project’s final walk-thru with the client, and complete the project closeout functions.

• Assist building owners with general contracting and construction management services. Services include but not limited to project bidding and scheduling, contract administration, and compiling contractor draw requests for submittal to the lending institution. • Consult for lending institutions with regards to prospective buyers / leasers of bank controlled buildings. • Provide property manager with site specification development and assisting with the bidding of site services. • Represent and assist property manager with board of director proceedings. • Lead meetings, provide agendas, and compile meeting minutes for the board of director meetings. • Setup association budgets on behalf of the board of directors.
