Currentmanc&dandy is the client sourcing consultancy for creative and communications agencies.Our founders Mike (the manc) and Rob (the dandy) have represented agencies from small independents through to each of the big four networks, helping introduce them to new clients in all sectors both in the UK and internationally.We’ve worked with larger business development agencies (and you might have too) but we felt there’s a better way to approach new business. We’re small and our plan is to stay that way. The person you’ve met, and who understands both your proposition and the challenges of your clients is the person doing the outreach as part of your team.Of course, having a dedicated outbound resource increases the chance of speaking to someone with a project to pitch. But because we are able to have unscripted, issues led conversations with people, most of our success comes from introducing clients to brands with unresolved business issues and using the insights we have gained to create a project and win without pitching!
