Managed the introduction of a new aircraft type to the station, ensuring all training was in place.

Responsible for the delivery, assessment and progression of 300 apprentices. Conducted 1:1 interviews with students to highlight individual weak/strong points so that they could achieve long term goals. In addition to finding the correct Apprenticeship path for the student.Teaching and assessment of Key/Basic Skills Maths, English and ICT, in addition to meeting the standards laid down by Ofsted for the teaching and well being of the trainees. Discussed training with other team leaders in order to confirm students were trained and fit for role/task.Assessed and Verified new apprentices and facilitated learning through group and one-to-one sessions. Trained students using a wide range of instructional aids including group discussions, facilitation and question and answer sessions.
