Sierra Logistics was started by myself primarily as a result of the many complaints I received from companies in the market that were not happy with their current transport providers, but, through lack of Knowledge or time felt that there was no real answer to the issues.On drilling down I found that many of these issues had the same core problem. that being the customers and the Trucking companies appointed were not the right fit for each other. So using my many years in resolving these types of issues combined with my extensive knowledge of Transport service providers and each ones strengths and weaknesses I am able to put like minded businesses together, and still do today.

In this position i am responsible for planning and implementation of our national sales focus and direction. In this role I am also responsible for all Customer Service and Sales Support functions ensuring that all Sales, Support, and Customer Service processes connect in a seamless flow, meeting all Customer and Company objectives.

In this role i was responsible for securing totally new business for the Company in Sydney and Melbourne. This new business had to be of a kind that the company had not traditionally handed previously. The role required a lot of "Thinking outside the square"

My role at BAX Ocean encompassed all facets of running the NSW Branch of an international company reporting to the Head Office in NZ. My role took in being manager of 5 staff, on road Sales, and profitability of the branch
