Support the RF Antenna Lab with technical issues. Do complex impedance matching on component and system level. Support system level Antenna engineers with issues whenever possible supplying accurate s-parameter data, resolving component or system level issues. I improve radiator return loss and increasing usable bandwidth. I have a strong understanding of RF network analyzers and preform accurate complex measurements. Used CST and HFSS to stimulate antenna componets and complete antenna. Designed small cell and DAS antennas.

I have designed wide band antennas used for military IED jamming and for the EMI EMC industries.Antennas designs ranged from high durable mobile mono poles from a few inches to a few feet in length. I have designed and improved log periodic dipole arrays both linear and cross pole configurations. I had made design improvements on dis-cone and bi-conical antenna designs. I have measured these antennas in a anehcoic chamber and out door range,

I supervised and trained rf technicians for the antenna lab. We built and tested mimo, maco and small cell antennas.

Design mobile disguised antennas.

Lead RF test technicians testing all product measuring s parameters up to 40 GHz. Work on the quality team solving quality issues.
