Responded to all customer enquiries relating to their installation, including providing an ETA. Looked at new ways of working by gathering information, interpreting trends, and presenting solutions such as better workflows and processes. Key Achievements:- Successfully scheduled all new customer orders ahead of KPI, with many customers being installed with the products within SLA.
