Before that, Mick was EVP WW Sales and Operations at LogLogic. He doubled the quarterly revenue within 4 quarters from $6m to $12m, creating a $50m annual run rate and was part of the executive team that successfully sold the company to TIBCO.Earlier: VP International Operations at Kronos Inc. responsible for a 400 person org. at the $1bn+'Human Capital Management company based in Boston, MA. Though focused on driving revenue, he was directly responsible for all Kronos Inc's subsidiary operations outside of North America and their twenty three international distributors. Growing international revenues to $75m and profits 20% annually. EVP Sales and then President, Americas at SurfControl. He was promoted to President in having grown their revenues six-fold from $12m to $70m.Founding Vice President & General Manager of the Tarantella Inc., intra-preneurial start-up at the Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). There he was responsible for setting up the worldwide infrastructure for the market development and sales management of next-generation, secure, remote-access management products. Growing the revenues from zero to $5m in two years.Before relocating to California, Mick was SCO's Vice President, Asia Pacific for five years living in Singapore. There he established regional offices and distributors, throughout the territory, 2 joint-ventures in China, an 100 person company acquisiton in Japan and achieved 9 consecutive record-breaking revenue Qs.
