Perform Audits for eBay billing. (eBay buyer protection, credit etc...)Develop detailed knowledge of the relevant policy documents to ensure accurate interpretation of the policies whilst auditing. Risk assessment and actively highlight any issues or inconsistencies with the policy and raise recommendations accordingly.Work within the team structure to provide regular updates to key stakeholders.Focus on quality and productivity to ensure the team goals are met.Production of the compliance reports.

Contribute to the improvement of all tools and materials such as procedures and guidance used in the department.(Excel, VBA, Access…)Assisting Auditors in evaluating risks, analyzing operations and reviewing compliance in performing audit tests and produce reports highlighting issues and raise recommendations in order to enhance the policy or amend process.Support the periodic reporting for the General Executive Management & CEO meeting (data extraction, statistics generation).

Manage the lifecycle of internal funds: creation, calculation of NAV quarterly liquidation. Ensure accuracy of net asset values with custodian banks. Management and reconciliation of securities and cash with custodian banks.Provide assistance in operational matters coming from internal or external player.Manage interaction with other departments (Transfer Agency, Registration, Pricing…)Control and monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in terms of investment.Dealing promptly with incoming telephone calls, post and e-mail enquiries.
