I am a Microbiologist with experience in Food Industry, in the position of Microbiology Analyst. I was responsible for scaling, starting production and maintenance of cepary in the laboratory of the RDC yeast plant. I also actively collaborated with the Safety team, belonging to the quality area, achieving the implementation of GMP, GLP, HACCP and FSSC 22000. Today, I'm part of the AgIdea family, a research and development company that is part of the synergies between science and agriculture.From my experience I learned to interact with professionals from different areas and nationalities, the value of constant listening and the joint and team effort to achieve objectives and time optimization. I appreciate the sincerity, respect and generosity of the professionals who have worked by my side, and who have taught me so much.I define myself as an active, enterprising, communicative and respectful person.I understand that most of the objectives proposed in a project are successful when each participant collaborates in a team with others, being organized and methodological, implementing a global view of the situation and respecting and listening to the word of those who are part of the project.I am passionate about microbiology, of all the varied ways in which a microorganism can occur, and how to use it in our favor; as much as a product required in the industrial process, such as the tedious "pollution".Each of the successes of which I was a participant were achieved by a coordinated and very generous work by great professionals, who did not hesitate to let me be part of their projects.
