Manager of 4 analysts, supervisor and analyst role on large corporates with a specialization on Utilities, Oil and Gas and Capital Goods Groups located mostly in France, Germany and Italy- Supervision and assessment of credit risk of a portfolio of 70 group with the review of business model, market environment, financial analysis and projections- Management and training of 4 junior analysts on financial analysis, sectors and products knowledge- Definition of risk appetite for each group and challenge to the senior bankers on the profitability of relationships with groups- Assessment and presentation of risk opinion on transactions to senior management- Local referent in the implementation of ESG (Environmental and Social)/Climate change risk assessment of 21 groups in sensitive sectors: Oil and Gas, Power, Metals and Mining, Soft commodities- Guidance to bankers on distressed transactions and implementation of exit strategies- Participation to bilateral clients meetings to explain risk concerns and for new transactions
