- First person in charge of a new Supply Chain analyst position based in Japan for the OES (discovery of customers, their specific rules, their local culture, their expectations toward their suppliers, etc.).- Analysis of the performance of Valeo production sites.- Main contact for automobile manufacturers in case of emergencies or large-scale projects (cleaning of reference portfolios, organization of recovery plans meetings, etc.).- Development and monitoring of internal analysis files, based on customer data.- Creation of an OES portal for Japan, as well as an E-learning course certifying the quality of Valeo sites to work with specific manufacturers.

In pairs, space control of every loops on which ONE France has bookings on:- Optimization of space on vessels- Optimization of costs on terminals- Space negotiation with ONE partners- Preparation and presentation of vessels' forecasts in biweekly meetings- Emergency management (omits of vessels, cut & run...)

Space control of the IO service (Indian Ocean)

- Management of export disputes on detentions & demurrages and negotiation with clients in dispute resolution- Implementation of new processes to anticipate and limit unjustified invoicing, monitoring databases analyzing the relevance of the new processes - In charge of gathering the import storage costs to allow invoicing- Continuous update of a SOP about billing exceptions
