Particularly in the finance and stock reconciliation space.• Implemented an Order Management System (Order Dynamics) at the CRG brand Politix which replaced many manual processes.• Primary Architect for the DJs Digital Scrum programme of work using Agile Methodology implementing various projects including a new Search and Merch tool (Fredhopper), enhancements to the Dropship model and implementing an API model of communicating with DJs as the first step in the Marketplace strategy.• Implementation of a PIM that replaced a manual Excel-based process with a vendor facing application that allowed enrichment of products enhancing the shopping experience online.• The "go-to" person for anything impacting our Merchandise and Digital Applications.

Project Vision Stock Ledger and WAC - RMS/SIM v10 Retek• Gathered requirements, developed and delivered a solution to duplicate the Stock Ledger for a separate custom costing model to run WAC and Coles Standard cost in parallel.• Custom Stocktake process designed and developed between SIM and RMS to cleanse stock on hand and align the Stock Ledger with the current stock position at each store. Managed the roll-out for the production pilot to multiple stores.• Assisted with the setup of Control-M batch modules for all of the above modifications.• Dealt with 4 major release cycles per year, coordination with multiple project teams and complex cut-over of functionality with the least impact to their live production system.
