- Provide technical assistance to airlines and MRO for troubleshooting and understanding various events (technical, operational and maintenance problems).- Conduct analysis of flight event.- Exchange with Airbus design offices and suppliers.- A320 / A330 / A350 / A380 fleets. Engines and APU mostly oriented (ATA 7X and 49).

• Interprete manufacturers maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specific documents to determine feasibility and lead time of each engine's maintenance operation.• Knowledge regarding assembly of aircraft engines parts, accessories and components (mostly for CMF56-5A, -5B, -5C, Ge90-115 and GP7200).• Plan and schedule work to optimize workforce, facilities and equipment utilization. Prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines.• Supervise and coordinate the activities. Manage a team of 30 workers, in order to achieve goals and meet deadline.• Ensure safety and security, inside the workshop (5S...), of maintenance operations to be compliant with regulatory technical operations.• Participate in continuous improvement by providing suggestions. Commit in problem-solving activities to support teamwork, sush as the development of VBA dashbord.• Develope and implemente performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement.
