- Management of five salaried staff;- Coordination of the association's network of volunteers (300 volunteers in thirty committees);- Management of the Handi'Mallette© project and animation of the network of regional referents (awareness raising for children in schools);- Donation and membership policy (internal, external, skills sponsorship, relations with public/private partners);- Administrative management of the department, volunteer committees and projects - fundraising (grants, sponsorship, donations, partnerships, etc.);- Support for the Europe & International department (management - coordination of European projects).

• Coordination of 2 Erasmus+ projects;• Drafting / production of deliverables & final reports;• Budget monitoring and financial management (of projects and of LADAPT's Europe & International Department);• Communication and visibility of projects, internally and externally;• Events (dissemination events, European Disability Employment Week);• Representative of LADAPT at the CNCPH (European and international issues commission, implementation of conventions), and at the EASPD.

• Officer for the European Disability Employment Week (EDEW), collaboration with foreign partners for the European communication / Erasmus+ DESC programme, organisation of international conferences in Brussels and Paris.• Follow-up of the creation and implementation of the new associative project 2016 - 2022 (open forums, web consultation, members consultation, assessment of the previous project 2011 - 2015...).• In charge of print publications: editorial committee, writing, editorial secretariat, photography, coordination of layout on different internal and/or external communication media, annual activity report.• Organisation of the Ouverture de Champ operation, image - humour - disability festival.• Media relations.• Networking with communication correspondents all over France.• Video recording and editing. Teasers, interviews, internal and external communication reports.
