As General Manager of Winning Services, I am responsible for the overall strategy, budget setting, P&L management and management of Logistics, 3PL, Distribution and installation across Australia and New Zealand. This includes:- 11 Distribution centres: Sydney, Newcastle, ACT, Melbourne, Adelaide, Tasmania, Perth, Darwin, Brisbane and Auckland including a stand alone 3PL facility in Sydney totalling 165,000 Sqm-500 + indirect reports across warehouse, logistics and installation- National contractor partner profile- Winning Services' Third Party Logistics Offering whose clients include: Sub Zero Australia, Ifit, King Living & PelotonKey achievements in this role:- Successfully leading our waste management and recycling strategy, resulting in 95% landfill diversion with our packaging waste and old appliances- Achieving a Net Promoter Score of 83 across the board on in-house deliveries- Opening of new Distribution centres in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland all within project timeline, budget & no interruption to wider business/trading- Opening of stand alone 3PL facility in Sydney- Opening of Distribution Hubs in Nth Qld, Canberra and Newcastle- Developing & implementation of in house national interstate network linking all our major distribution centresCurrent projects:- Distribution expansion nationally- 45,750 sqm custom DC build in Wacol, Brisbane (Delivered March 2023)- 66,740 Sqm custom DC build in Kemps Creek, Sydney- Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislative compliance- Implementation of a technology transformation, including upgraded WMS, implemenation of last mile application and RMS

As General Manager Operations for the Group, I am responsible for day to day budgets and management of Winning Services, Safety and Group Administration, along with developing and leading continuous improvement projects across the group.The breadth of my responsibility includes:- Manage our safety culture across the group's 1000 employees and contractors Australia wide- Systems and process improvement including driving automation across all administration functions- 10 distribution centres in Sydney, Newcastle, ACT, Melbourne, Adelaide, Tasmania, Perth, Darwin and Brisbane including a stand alone 3PL facility in Sydney totalling 81,500 sqm of warehouse space.- 300+ indirect employee reports across the group with responsibility for an additional 200 contractors- Winning Services' 3PL offering whose clients include: Sub Zero Australia, Asko, King Living, Reddie, & Icon Health and FitnessCurrent projects:- Distribution expansion nationally- 45,750 sqm custom DC build in Wacol, Brisbane - 66,740 Sqm custom DC build in Kemps Creek, Sydney- Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislative compliance- Implementation of a technology transformation, including upgraded WMS, implemenation of last mile application and RMS
