Worked as part of the Preview team responsible for maintaining a large open-source vanilla JavaScript library that is core to the Box.com experience. Participated in the SDLC of new features and issues, such as supporting Zip files, Developing Annotations framework, and DICOM Viewer issues.

Worked on the web redesign and led the development of the food details page. This project required close collaboration with the product and design teams to ensure the creation of robust and reusable components for the MyFitnessPal web application.Drove the migration to CSS-in-JS in our server-side rendered React application using Material UI, improving developer productivity, reducing CSS naming conflicts, and enhancing performance by focusing on Lighthouse score improvements.

Working on the Satori Live data platform web team. Using React and Redux we created a free and open data platform that enables individuals to share their data with the rest of the world. * Helped create a React application that allows users to browse open data channels, created the console to enable users to browse the data.* Created many re-usable modular components that are currently distributed using NPM to our various applications. * Led the team for our demo application reveal. This included creating, deploying applications showcasing the benefits of our platform, while keeping it simple enough for new developers to start developing on Satori. These applications were also made open source to help anyone get started.* Experienced with Google maps API as well, using coordinates, bounds to show real-time assets and drawing complex poly-lines. * Created realtime visuals and charts using d3.js for various projects. * Leading web and mobile (React Native) teams for our current real time app initiatives. This involves app architecture, system design, mentoring, and resourcing.

* Worked on the core team to create the Stencil theme framework. This project encompassed work on the frontend and backend. * Front-end work entailed creating an entirely new base theme using ES2015 with modules to help with interactions for our clients store-fronts. * Backend work consisted of helping my team create new APIs in PHP and consume those APIs in Node JS. * * Our team created command line tools in using Node to revolutionize creating a theme for a SAAS based storefront. We open sourced these tool to enable developers to extend the development environment.* Worked on features in the control panel as well using Angular and consumed backend APIs that our core team built in PHP.

* Worked on many features for the Bigcommerce storefront including Pinterest Rich Pins integration. * Theme Previewing capabilities and various other features for a legacy theme system.* I also spent time fixing bugs and doing code reviews for my teammates.

Worked on Platform Applications team building software focused on build and release. * Created a Rails based application to help track, verify, and deploy code to a multitude of environments. * Lead the effort to convert all our teams and SVN code over to Git for version control. * I actively trained 100+ engineers on how to use git in production.* Created daily briefings to help developers understand and manage their code with git. * Lead the effort of migrating our Jenkins build system to also include Bamboo for continuous integration of our Java code to Artifactory.* I worked closely to with stakeholders to create coverage reports, static security scans, and deployment of code.

Designing and developing solutions for product infrastructure.* Managed our multi-node Jenkins build system for 10+ teams of developers. This system built a multitude of code from Java code using Maven, Rails, and JS SPAs. * Extensive experience using Maven to build and configure Java applications and deploy that code to Tomcat application servers.* Created deployment tools in various languages and built tools for monitoring those deployments.

Configuration and maintaining the DNCS. Installation and configuration of GQAM, MQAM, QPSK devices. Responsible for design and implementation of digital video networks. Experienced in both RF and IP technologies needed to support a multi QAM DV system.

Training in all aspects of cable installation, service and support. Trained at beginner level classes to highest level head end classes.
