Developed the strategic plan for the business, pitching and raising capital from Angel investorsearly on, and later city investment funds.Using tools such as Wardley maps to understand the competitive ecosystem we were operatingin, and tools such as Jobs To Be Done to drive customer focused Product development.Responsible for building a cross functional team of 40, covering engineering, productmanagement and AI.In a hands on role I was responsible for all aspects of product development, from analysis,design and development.
