Ms. Jimenez is an partner at Holland & Hart, LLP. Ms. Jimenez represents both businesses and private individuals in a variety of guidance, counseling, and litigation matters, giving her substantial experience in both state and federal court. Ms. Jimenez has served as outside General Counsel for Cafe Rio, Inc. since it opened its first restaurant in 1997. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, guidance, counseling, and training; Title III ADA defense litigation; business guidance and counseling to individuals and organizations with an emphasis on restaurants and start up organizations; and intellectual property and trade secrets litigation, guidance, and counseling. Uniquely, Ms. Jimenez also offers consulting and litigation defense in high-net worth divorce litigation. Ms. Jimenez received her B.S. degree from the University of Utah and her J.D. degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law where she studied her last semester at the London Law Consortium.
