Ms. Jimenez is an partner at Holland & Hart, LLP. Ms. Jimenez has served as outside General Counsel for Cafe Rio, Inc. since it opened its first restaurant in 1997. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, guidance, counseling, and training; Title III ADA defense litigation; business guidance and counseling to individuals and organizations with an emphasis on restaurants and start up organizations; and intellectual property and trade secrets litigation, guidance, and counseling.
