    As Training Manager I'm responsible for all Enghouse Interactive certification and training programs in the region. This involves three main areas: Certification programs for Partner technicians, Partner trainers and End customers. I've been working primarily with the Enghouse Trio (former Trio Enterprise) platform since 2015 and Vision 80/20, VIP2000/cc-Bridge before.Running the Training Department involves strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, pricing and selling but most importantly developing the certification programs as well as performing courses myself to all the different target groups. I work primarily in Northern Europe and most of my courses are held on customer site, but might aswell be performed in our course rooms located in Solna Strand, Stockholm. Since the Covid-19 situation, alot is also performed in our online course rooms and in the form of e-learning and video that I produce all the way (Research, manuscripting, technical stageing, recording, editing, publishing). The courses cover all products and modules of Enghouse broad suite of contact center solutions such as Trio Enterprise, Trio Web Communication and Vision 80/20 platforms in all of its different delivery models.As of today, there are about 50 different courses to choose from for our wide range of clients, from the experienced partner technichians attending our certification programs and end customers' IT-personnel, to the end user in a contact center or a switchboard attendant.I also do go-live support on site, marketing activities, demos on behalf of presale, aswell as workshops and configuration during installation projects. Sometimes you also find me working with various consultant jobs that may fit into my role.
