Helping new leaders find their voice or more experienced leaders refine their skills; talent development is my passion.My initial leadership skills were learned in the Army, but after an injury, I learned some of them do not translate as well into the civilian world. Through courses like Dale Carnegie and ATD, I've learned to not only translate the leadership skills I learned in the Army but also help others hone their own skills and growth opportunities.You can't have accountability without a relationship. My goal is to help as many people as I can learn how to build healthy relationships to create a company culture based on shared values and accountability.
