Project Background: Led by McGill University, the Study was conducted jointly with Peking University, University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Colorado State University. By selecting a total of 50 villages (1000 households) in four districts in pre-urban Beijing, household questionnaires, indoor temperature and air quality measurements, individual exposure sample collection and other methods were adopted to evaluate the impact of the implementation of Beijing's "coal-to-electricity" policy on air quality, home heating and happiness. • Completed the questionnaire survey and preliminary assessment for the authenticity for respondents’ answers, guided them to answer the questions in good faith skillfully to provide basis for following data analysis. The effective rate of the questionnaire was 99%.• Through effective communication, the interviewees accepted to wear personal exposure sampler.• Took charge of accurately calibrating individual exposure sampler with rotameters, recording sampling data in detail and assisting in analyzing abnormal causes of data, with an accuracy of 99%.

• In charge of Dynavolt Digital exhibition hall Project- Liaised with 10 suppliers and dozens of subsidiaries of 5 business divisions to determine the display form and content. - Organized the bidding independently and completed follow-up process, e.g. contract negotiation. - The contract is valued at multi-million RMB.• Project Research - Assisted with the researches of 4 projects and complied the reports, the researches include the investigation into and the analysis of the company background, patent layout and technology route.- The report provided basis for identifying company’s potential collaborators and competitors.• Administrative Management- Established a regular reporting mechanism for inspector matters. Reported to management in a timely manner, proposed the alternative resolutions for management dilemma to assist with management decision making.- Arranged dozens of regular meetings and training and wrote minutes. Completed semi-monthly reports and annual reports of the R&D management center, maintained confidential records and files.• R&D Management- Followed up the progress of overseas R&D projects and organized regular online transnational meetings.- Assisted to complete domestic and foreign technology transformation, scientific research project application and school-enterprise cooperation projects.

• Participated in the annual audit of a subsidiary of the Fortune Global 500 enterprise and completed the filling of audit working papers for the first round. • Analyzed the articulation of financial statements and wrote audit working papers of project departments, account subjects and consolidated financial statements.• Assisted in completing further audit procedures, including random audit vouchers, stocktake of fixed assets/inventory, confirmations of documents, etc.

• Assisted the department financial executive in preparation of monthly budgets.- Complied financial reports comparing the actual performance against budgeted performance through analysis of 82 sets of data. - Provided basis for strategy direction, costs control and performance appraisal.• Reconciled thousands of accounts efficiently with enhanced skill in Excel and VFP, achieved an accuracy rate of 99%.• Undertook physical stocktake of 654 fixed assets and 3 proposals upon material internal control system had been accepted.
