Duties - Provide administration and secretarial assistance to the Director;- Assist in running events and concerts, including planning of concerts rundown, rehearsal schedules and logistics and administration of the activities;- Forecast the budget for coming music events and control the administration expenses of this year.- Organise meetings and prepare the documents;- Being the first point of contact for external parties and liaising across the department;- Provide logistical and communications support for the concert;- Preparing and proofreading house programmes and publicity materials.

- Oversee the centralise artist royalty, copyright & contract data system for the 8 operation companies in Asia; - Generate the quarterly and half yearly royalty and copyright statements and prepare the royalties payments for the local artists, licensee & distribution parties and publishing companies;-Process and verify affiliates digital sales entries and electronic distribution files into Royalty Accounting system; -Update electronic processing formats and export & modify the meta data in excel file;-Work with UK Finance hub to comprehend the accounting function of the regional royalty processing; -Manage the music royalty and copyright, contract issues for the Singers, Composers & Writers;-Liaise and coordinate the song licensing and copyright with Music Record/Publishing companies and follow up the copyright suspense claims.- Manage a small team to ensure the accurate set-up and maintenance of royalty and copyright data in the Royalty system- Oversee the collection and processing of all royalty income streams such as physical, digital, neighbouring rights and 3rd parties licensing income; - Review artist recording, licensors and 3rd parties agreements; work closely with Legal and Finance Teams ensure completeness and accuracy within our reporting and preparing royalty information and sales analysis reports to Management for performance analysis. 
- Interpreting and implementing the artists recording, licensing and distribution agreements; - Prepare quarterly forecasting of royalties, P&L, month end accruals and variance analysis and royalty reconciliations, - Oversee the workload of the department and set realistic timeframes to accomplish the tasks and monitoring the performance plans progress to ensure individual and team targets can met the target.
