I am an all around educator, with 20+ years of teaching experience. This includes teaching private music lessons (violin, voice, piano and music theory/literacy), private swim lessons (all levels including pre-swim team and long-distance/triathlon training), and CPR/First Aid/AED skills and Lifeguarding skills through the American Red Cross.My education and certification supporting this experience are:~ a Bachelor's in Music in Edcuation, concentration in Voice and Violin from Susquehanna University.~ a Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing from the NJ Department of Education.~ Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid/AED and Babysitting Instructor and Instructor Trainer certifications from the American Red Cross.I am also an avid vocalist and triathlete. I perform with multiple groups in north NJ, including Harmonium Choral Society, as a general member, soloist, as part of the Cabaret Troupe, Chambers Singers and I have served on the Board of Directors. Currently I sing with Clarum Sonum, preparing for performances at Carnegie Hall.My Triathlon and endurance race credits include 6 triathlons, 3 1/2 marathons, a 10K and multiple 5K races in NJ, NY, CT, and MA.
