Designed and implemented a unique launch strategy that resulted in building one of the most engaged and fastest growing social accounts in the industry. This strategy launched the socials from 0 to over 400,000 followers, with an average engagement rate of 8.5%, in just one year. Once launched, I took a marketing role for Quadrant, focusing on data capture, identifying the demographics within our community and then strategizing how we can sell our apparel. As a team, we successfully sold out three apparel drops in a row.
