Some of my latest highlights from my previous position in Education. Things that I still do on a freelance basis. Trained multiple campuses (in many different formats...face to face...online) in how to use the current Learning Management System (also called a Content Management System). That system is called Canvas. Developed a training program that was shared with others (co-trainers at my school and other schools). I always see myself as a team player. The school that I was working with has gone through three LMS transitions/conversions, so Change Management is a skill that I have become efficient in. I've led the transition team in all instances. One transition was completed in 3 months from start to finish (during a summer quarter, with a fall quarter launch).

Perform all system administration tasks, which include but are not limited to, updating users and their profiles and customer support (internal/external). \ Respond to queries and provide technical information concerning related systems, applications, institutional standards, requirements, objectives, and policies and procedures. Identify and monitor key success measures that demonstrate effective use of learning technology. Project manage and lead implementation of LMS projects that include owners of both intellectual property (such as Learning Offerings) and non-intellectual property (such as Marketing Services) to ensure bank-wide utilization of the LMS.Create and update documentation such as flow charts, procedures and guidelines, training material and user manuals relevant to the LMS. Work closely with the Deans and other parts of Administration to prioritize projects, review the status of projects, provide hindsight learning’s from completed projects, and reports on LMS related results.
