 Work under direction of the VP of CCS to ensure that all sales efforts are in synch with the goals of the company and all company guidelines are being followed Communicate with VP of CCS and keep apprised of any situations pertaining to any personnel SC’s, Regions, RVP or SVP conversations or issues that may occur Discuss strategies and direction with VP of CCS prior to implementing any new processes Train CCS within assigned territory To understand and follow the CCS Manual in order to assure opportunity for success To achieve a successful ratio of residential pest sales from phone inquiries (pest leads) To generate creative pest sales, home evaluations and commercial leads for Home Evaluators Meet the service center’s monthly sales budget Working all programs as outlined by the CCS Department To document all activities in PestPac and on appropriate reporting forms To enter all pest sales in PestPac on the day of sale Help CCS understand importance of their role to their SC Team and their own potential earnings Achieve acceptable growth in sales for assigned territory Other duties as required and communicated Communicate with SCM, VP of CCS, RVP & SVP as appropriate regarding schedule, provide feedback as to progress and areas of concern for individual CCS, and to understand specific needs within a region or SC This is accomplished by on-site visits as well as phone calls with CCS and other members of the team to ensure success and growth of the CCS Department. The RCCSM position is part of the Sales Department. While, in some cases, a RCCSM may be asked to perform administrative or other clerical functions within the department, those duties are not part of the RCCSM responsibilities and should be considered in addition to this role. In all cases the RCCSM should act as part of the team and work with other members of the CCS Department to insure the success of the department.
