Orlando, Florida Area

The Orlando Project is a 10 week Christian leadership program. The Orlando project is a great opportunity for college students throughout the Midwest to grow in communication and personal leadership development. The students also get a unique opportunity to work full time jobs at Universal Studios, in Orlando, which allow them to interact with thousands of people from all over the world in a personal way! This was my third summer and fortunately for me I was in charge of the entire project, which had around 100 students. Below are some of the tasks I was in charge of as well:- Prepared and trained 100+ students in personal and leadership development- Prepared, practiced, and presented several 30 minute perspectives - Handled and collected finances- Maintained project budget
