My mobility career began on the financial side of the business developing and delivering a full compensation relocation program worldwide for a large Fortune 500 company. I then shifted to the service side of relocation, managing a large corporate client with over 50 divisional Human Resource contacts. After achieving success in Operations I transitioned to Account Management & Business Development for a boutique relocation firm. It was there that I marketed and managed 5 product lines for the company. From there, I went on to manage pieces of marketing and sales globally for a leading immigration organization. I am presently assisting clients and working to manage their global mobility programs. My background includes marketing, accounting, management, parent relations, real estate, sales, and account management. I have lead teams as small as 2 and as large as 45. It is my diverse experience that enables me to work well developing, managing, and maintaining the relocation process for all levels of clientele. I am originally from Minnesota, a mother of 3, and now an empty nester. I enjoy my free time riding my Slingshot on the open road, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with my family and friends. I have a very positive attitude and fun-loving demeanor which lead to many of my awards and success over the years. I have my SCRP certification with WERC Global and I am very active in the organization. I've served on several boards, written articles, and even spent time as President of the Arizona WERC regional group. My personal goal in life is simple: to help people find a better way to do things. "Every Day is a Bonus", said Joe Demler. Most of us begin in the Mobility industry by accident, but I believe it was exactly where I was meant to be all along. Every day in life is a bonus and helping other people through what we do is a great way to live it!
