I am currently leading the acquisition sales side of Ramsey Education curriculum to increase revenue for our multi million dollar new business sales. In this position I am leading Sales Development Representatives, Market Response Representatives, and Account Executives. I am overseeing the sales team responsible from lead to close for the acquisition side of our curriculum business.

I started in this role continuing to lead the New Business Activity Team and Sales Operations, but was moved in to leading the Retention side of our curriculum business. I oversaw a multi-million dollar portion of our sales team and experienced a 75%+ retention rate in our business. I helped guide strategy, and I coached the sales team members on how to best serve our clients and increase revenue through upselling.

I continued to lead the New Business Activity Team and helped create strategies to increase opportunities handed over to our Account Executives. I was put over Sales Operations to lead. In this role I oversaw the documenting and implementing of new and existing tools, processes, and efficiencies for the sales team. During this time the sales team implemented a new auto-dialer that allowed for more opportunities to be sent to the Account Executives by increasing our efficiencies in cold calling.

Team Leader over Ramsey Education's New Business Activity team. I helped to build the first team of Sales Development Representatives and Market Response Representatives for Ramsey Education. We were able to achieve high levels of lead qualification rates and revenue attached to those opportunities. We oversaw numerous promotions to higher producing sales roles and created lasting processes to replicate the success.

Contacting schools and school districts all across the nation to connect them with curriculum that will change the trajectory of a student's life by teaching them how to properly handle money. As we moved into utilizing the predictable revenue model, I was able to help mold have the account executive position operated as I lead the team in new business sales. This was accomplished through cold calling and closing inbound leads.

I lead a Decatur City Church team that helps set up and tear down the guest services area for the church every Sunday. I lead up making sure the signs and banners are displayed every Sunday while always looking for ways to improve efficiency and appearance.

Assisted the Vice President of Enrollment by conducting research for his doctorate program and balancing budgets for different on-campus groups that he oversaw. Adjusted to continuous changes in job duties. Implemented skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Achieved success in the recruitment of prospective students by one-on-one interviews as well as giving speeches at tours and university preview days.
