Assisting in the mechanical assembly of Hydromaster's schip engine thrusters

Purpose - In my Master Thesis titled "Shaping an innovative play space," I was inspired by the realm of playground design, particularly the concept of 'adventure playgrounds' and their profound influence on creativity. I embarked on this journey to harness the power of play and apply it to the office context of VONK, the innovation center of the city of Rotterdam.Design/methodology/approach - I adopted a comprehensive approach that delved deep into the intertwined concepts of play and innovation. Through literature reviews, hands-on observations, and user interviews, I aimed to uncover the nuances of these concepts, especially focusing on the overlapping themes of making and creativity.

As part of the 8 lustrum committee members, I was responsible that the right people where informed and activate to participate in the many activities we've organised. I created and managed promotion material and activities (including website, posters, copy, social media, videos, stickers, logo, vision) towards more than 3000 people and as a result most of our activities had around 100 participants at a time.General description of the Lustrum:"This year the study association celebrates its 50th birthday, the 10th Lustrum. Five months ago, I invited Harald Dunnink at my ID livestream. Now, for the next five months I will be working at HYMN, a brand new digital stage for live happening. Music to my ears.This seemed to have the potential to open up a complete new territory to me: entertainment, artists, startups. Which aligned perfectly to my interests besides my study: theatre, film, music, acquisition. Apparently this got the HYMN-team excited too and now I will be working full-time in Amsterdam until February. I will not only be helping them with creative processes, but with all other tasks which are needed to make new HYMN shows possible.
