Implemented a “cashless” banking model that yielded significant growth of loan commitments in a brand new market, the average relationship loan size was over $1 Million with the majority of the portfolio in the targeted range of $2 - $5 Million.Consistently achieved call goals at the top of the company by leveraging the CRM system to enhance call predictability and sales success.
