Armed with empathy, a positive attitude, and humor, I love engaging teams with meaningful conversations to pinpoint challenges and strategize around solutions. In all of this, I get to learn, improve my own skills, and build fun learning environments that foster lifelong curiosity and positivity.On my journey, I have:- Developed curricula designed to inspire the learner based on their motivations- Managed events including budgets, marketing, and coordination of vendors and volunteers.- Connected with international and multi-generational audiences to succinctly throw light on unfamiliar concepts.- Collaborated with educators to implement more effective positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques. - Trained individuals in one-on-one and groups settings, fielding a range of questions from deeply technical to high-level. A few examples are: - Recommended user interface accessibility workarounds for addressing physical challenges. - Advised on a book’s layout for final publication in conjunction with creating an audio podcast converted from cassette tape. - Proposed alternative options for data maintenance in business solutions and their relative pros and cons. - Delivered presentations on using mobile technology to more effectively advertise real estate and close sales.I believe that training and education can change the world, and I am passionate about being part of that craft.
