Managed a staff in administering prepositioning ships, over 100 civilian mariners, and over $1 billion in USMC and USAF equipment. Provided the Combatant Command and the Fleet Commander for the area concise, timely information and advice on the capabilities, limitations, and effective employment of Maritime Prepositioning Squadron One assets. Essential in the successful planning and execution of the first-ever experimentation of the sea-basing concept in open ocean. Additionally, ensured noteworthy participation in two multinational exercises, helping train units from ten countries.
