CurrentDirectly reports to the President. • Performs risk assessments and business impact analysis. • Establishes efficiency in client controls of hazards and exposures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Provides progressive strategies in safety, security, and disaster administration. • Delivers enhancements in business continuity management program. • Creates client specific training, content, exercises, and audits protecting clients and promoting growth. • Implements technology based solutions to meet client requirements. • Provides strategic guidance in client litigation. • Mitigates non-compliance fines and penalties. • Establishes client crisis communication strategies to reduce risk to investor relations, reputation, brand, and profits. • Monitors industry specific changes in regulatory requirements and standards. • Develops and maintains statistical incident rate and severity information. • Generates and administers annual departmental budget for divisional operations. • Responsible for interdepartmental relations and alignment with corporate strategies and mission.
