Responsible for the proactive identification, attraction and end-to-end recruitment of specialist contingent labour workers (contractors) to support critical BAU function as well as some of the most high-profile programmes across HM Government. Key responsibilities• Leading, managing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships up to SCS / programme director level.• Providing qualitative and quantitative market, sector and role specific insight to vacancy holders using available reports, data, tools and analytics (e.g. Horsefly) to inform decision-making.• Complete ownership of entire end-to-end recruitment process from point of requirements gathering, funding approval, collaborating with vacancy holders to ensure clear role and candidate specifications agreed along with timescales within SLAs, sourcing, submission and support with sifting, arranging interviews, offers, administration/onboarding and ongoing assignment support. • Supporting hiring managers with the development of robust business cases when required in line with Cabinet Office and HMRC Spend Controls. • Managing and maintaining relationships with external service providers, ensuring that service level agreements are met. • Relationship management of active and passive candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience regardless of status or outcome, while maintaining robust talent pools and pipelines.
