    Brooklyn, New York, Us
Founded by Lars Rassmussen (behind Google Maps, Google Wave, and Facebook Work), Weav’s technology seamlessly adapts a song's tempo between 100-240 BPM's — all without lessening the quality of the song. This new music format can be embedded into any third party app — allows artists endless possibility in designing how a song should sound, feel, and respond to a listener's movements. For listeners, imagine dancing to your favorite song, and keeping things down-tempo, or grooving into double (or triple) time, then effortlessly transition back and forth. It’s music in the palm of your moves. Recorded music has always been static. Weav is bringing it to life. Raised more than $5M and backed by Peloton, Techstars and others.

From Kanye West to Slowthai, Bicep to Adele, up-and-coming to the world’s biggest artists, if it’s on DICE, it’s worth your time. If you’ve ever been to a gig you’ll know live experiences are amazing but ticketing is horrible. DICE originated in London in 2014 from a team of music-obsessives who wanted to change that. We hate scalpers/touts and build tech that keeps tickets in the hands of fans and away from speculators. Raised more than $12M and backed by investors like Bradley Horowitz (Google) and White Star Capital.

  • Undrip
    Founder &Ceo
    Undrip Sep 2011 - Sep 2013
Undrip was a mobile app that helped users discover great content. Mick and his team garnered much attention for their unorthodox approach to fundraising: rap music. They launched a music video called “We Need an Angel” which caught media attention from major media like New York Times, Washington Post, BBC and TechCrunch. A few years later (and after a successful round of funding), when Hurricane Sandy destroyed many homes and small businesses in the North Eastern United States, Mick decided to launch another rap music video — this time to help raise money for a few small business owners whose businesses were destroyed by the superstorm. “Lucky Ones” became a celebration of entrepreneurship everywhere and those entrepreneurs were forever grateful for the financial support we provided in the midst of such devastation.
