We're all a unique mix of specialisms, my personal experiences at ERIKS have allowed me to draw upon all of my individual specialisms. I am grateful to be able to share my learnings with teams of highly capable and commercial individuals who also possess highly detailed technical understanding of product, information systems and operations. Autonomy within my role affords me the opportunity to translate market insight into a strategic vision and build this into organisational structure and practicable actions.
