• Supervises assigned employees, allocates work and makes decisions and recommendations involving employment, performance reviews, training and development, salary, promotion and transfer. Creates an inclusive work environment that enhances employee engagement and enables all employees to reach his/her full potential. • Leads the overall operations related to the Collateral Verifications process. Verifies and processes documents pertaining to the securitization of collateral including determining that the Bank can perfect an interest in pledged collateral and securing said lien position. Responsible for ensuring EUC and SOX controls are in place, followed and maintained. Makes recommendations to the Director on corrective action.• Performs daily oversight of the collateral verifications team; makes decisions regarding employee performance appraisals, training, development, salary recommendations, promotions and transfers.• Develops and manages Collateral Verification and Trial Balance Review policies, procedures and attestation standards for collateral reviews. Provides ongoing analysis and interpretation of Federal Housing Finance Agency regulations related to eligible collateral and collateral valuation. Advises Bank management regarding Member institution’s collateral quality and adequacy as related to their financial conditions.• Serves as the Agile Product Owner and leads/or participates in special projects as required by Banking Operations and Information Technology to ensure project deadlines and goals are met as well as appropriate resources are allocated for projects.• Conducts research and analysis of data used to prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for the functional area, Executive Management Committee, Board of Directors and others as needed.• Manages system applications utilized by the department and is responsible for signing off on all system testing, changes, modifications, upgrades, and training.

Helps implement risk control self-assessments and reviews risks and controls across the Bank. Monitors operational risks limits and provides periodic evaluations to management and the ORC.3. Acts as the RSA Archer GRC System Administrator.4. Helps the Director with the annual risk assessment process related to Operational Risk Management, including a thorough assessment of exposures and controls across the Bank’s key operational risk types.5. Evaluates and reviews operational risk event reports and action plans to ensure consistency with Bank, FHLB System Consortium and regulatory requirements, as applicable. Participates in root cause analysis. Ensures appropriate remediation actions are monitored and reported to management.6. Effectively communicates the Bank’s operational risk management processes, practices and procedures to internal stakeholders and provides related training, including RSA Archer training.7. Participates in Operational Risk Oversight Committee meetings; prepares documentation and reports for various management and board committees consistent with FHFA and Bank requirements.8. Oversees the day-to-day implementation of the Bank’s EUC program. Provides guidance on a variety of EUC policy matters to employees and managers across the Bank
