Ithaca Content Architecture and Design (ICAD) is an instructional design and educational media development firm located in Ithaca, NY. We create tools for online learning, performance support, and professional development, working closely with our clients in higher education, the not-for-profit sector, and organizational training programs.We specialize in the creation of online courses but our portfolio includes interactive teaching games, animated tutorials, eBooks, and more.
