We all have blind spots around our unique genius, because that genius is our normal, which makes it really hard to see! I help leaders see, and use, their unique genius, especially when they are NeuroUnique (a term I coined to describe not-neurotypical from a stregths-based perspective).As a leader, teacher, writer, and coach, I help both individuals and collectives collaboratively create and hold "containers" for growth, connection, and the expression of genius. The practice of these containers has emerged from my work with Integral theory, living systems theory, and the experiential practice of the divine role of humanity in existence (Indigenous Wisdom).Water without a container disperses with little impact. Water held in a rigid, mechanical container does not have access to the power of movement. Water held in the container of a healthy stream bed flows, and eddies, and moves in and out of light and shadow, it has both the power of movement, and the power of being held. Our organizations and institutions, including schools, were created by us, and they exist to serve us. When healthy, they can serve as the container for the flow of our individual, and collective, life force and creativity.
