Current• I am a passionate and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager at Origina, the world's leading independent provider of software support and maintenance for IBM, HCL & VMware. I work with a network of resellers, and consultants to generate new business opportunities, increase customer retention, and maximize revenue.• I manage a pipeline of opportunities to help the channel partners to get the best from Origina to unlock addition revenue and client retention opportunities through our services. I do this using a combination of expertise and customer relationship management (CRM).• I provide ongoing support and training to our channel partners, ensuring they have the skills and tools to deliver high-quality service and solutions to our end-users. • My mission is to drive channel growth and customer success by building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with our partners and clients. • I am always looking for new ways to add value, innovate, and collaborate in the IT services industry.• I have a diploma in cybersecurity from Dublin Business School, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of our clients and partners in this rapidly evolving field.
