I have more than 15 years of experience in indirect tax consulting, and havegained a comprehensive knowledge of indirect tax matters and issues in both Danish and international companies.I have a special focus on companies with VAT exempt activities, including in the real estate, passenger transport, and medical care industries. In addition, I have assisted in the purchase and sales process in more than 250 VDD and DD deals. I'm most comfortable when my house is in order - across the board.
